What to Expect During Your First Appointment

We'll start by talking about what's bothering you, what you'd like to improve, and any relevant history. Your therapist may assess movement or other contributing factors before beginning treatment. From there, we'll explain what we're working on and tailor the session to your needs.

At the end, we'll discuss what you noticed during the session and any simple recommendations that may help between visits.

Two women are in a room with medical or tattoo studio decor. One woman is sitting on an examination table, wearing a black sports bra and black shorts, looking concerned or attentive. The other woman is standing, wearing a blue top, with tattoos on her right arm, and appears to be speaking to or examining the woman on the table.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Our goal is simple: set your appointments so you can live your life with less pain. We want you to need less care as time goes on.

From the first appointment, we build your care on a solid foundation like a pyramid—supporting you every step of the way. Everything is based on how YOU feel.
