Targeted, technique-driven sessions that identify and treat the root cause of pain, restriction, or imbalance.
Targeted Relief (30 minutes) This session uses targeted orthopedic massage techniques to address a specific area of pain, restriction, or imbalance. Assessment focuses on the region local to the issue, with treatment aimed at resolving the underlying cause of discomfort to support mobility and relief. Price: $65
Best for: A specific pain point, minor strain, or localized tension.
Balanced Relief (45 minutes) This orthopedic massage session addresses a specific issue while also assessing how the rest of the body may be contributing to it. We look at movement patterns beyond the local area to identify compensations or imbalances feeding the problem, then treat both the primary issue and its contributing factors for more lasting relief. Price: $85
Best for: Chronic pain conditions, injury recovery, and issues with roots beyond the site of pain.
Complete Relief (60 minutes) This orthopedic massage session includes a full-body assessment to identify the underlying causes of pain, movement restrictions, and structural imbalance. Treatment may incorporate scar release therapy, cupping therapy, and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy as appropriate, offering a comprehensive, clinical approach to mobility, recovery, and long-term relief. Price: $100
Best for: Chronic pain conditions, injury recovery, sports and overuse injuries, limited mobility and flexibility, and nerve pain and headaches.
Deep Relief (90 minutes) This orthopedic massage session includes a full-body assessment, scar release therapy, cupping therapy, and PEMF as appropriate, plus dedicated time for relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system. It's our most comprehensive session, pairing clinical, targeted treatment with the time needed for your body to fully settle and integrate the work. Price: $140
Best for: Chronic pain conditions, injury recovery, sports and overuse injuries, limited mobility and flexibility, nerve pain and headaches, and high stress or nervous system dysregulation.

Gentle, calming therapies that help regulate the nervous system and support overall balance and resilience.
Craniosacral Therapy (60–90 minutes) This gentle, non-invasive session calms the nervous system and supports the body's natural ability to regulate and restore balance. Using light, attentive touch, we tune into the craniosacral rhythm — the body's subtle tide of life, known as the "Breath of Life" — to release patterns of held tension and support somatic release, relieving stress and trauma while inviting deep relaxation and overall well-being. Price: $150
Best for: Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation, stored tension, and emotional stress and trauma held in the body.
Balance and Clarity Therapy This session uses gentle, low-frequency microcurrent stimulation to support healthy nervous system function. Delivered as a series, it encourages better communication between the brain and body, helping to improve focus, resilience, and overall balance over time. Because the nervous system responds to consistency, results build gradually with each session. Price: $115
Best for: Clients seeking greater mental clarity, emotional balance, and a calmer, more regulated nervous system.

Focused treatments, from scar tissue to jaw tension, using targeted tools and techniques for specific concerns.
Scar Release Therapy This focused treatment improves mobility, circulation, and tissue function around scar tissue. This gentle, non-invasive work helps reduce restriction and discomfort caused by surgical scars, injuries, or burns, whether recent or long-standing. Session length may vary depending on scar size and complexity; extended sessions are available as needed. Best for: Mobility, circulation, and discomfort related to scar tissue. Pricing: $55 for sessions up to 30 minutes; $15 for each additional 10 minutes.
TMJ Dysfunction Relief This focused session addresses tension and dysfunction in the jaw, face, and surrounding muscles that contribute to TMJ discomfort. Using targeted external and intraoral techniques, we work to reduce muscle tension, improve jaw mobility, and restore balance to the jaw and neck. Price: $65
Best for: Headaches, jaw pain, clenching, and limited jaw mobility.
Student Athlete Recovery This session is designed for student athletes to address pain, movement restrictions, and muscular imbalances that can impact performance. We begin by assessing how your athlete's body moves, looking at sport-specific patterns, posture, and areas of strain, then use targeted orthopedic massage techniques to treat the root causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms. Price: $50
Best for: Improving mobility, speeding recovery, and preventing injury so young athletes stay strong, balanced, and competition ready.
-
Vagus Nerve Recovery This calming session supports nervous system regulation by gently stimulating the vagus nerve, helping reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support balance within the body's stress response systems. Price: $30
Best for: Emotional resilience, rest, and overall nervous system health.
PEMF Complete Treatment This session provides full-body PEMF therapy to support circulation, cellular recovery, and systemic balance, promoting overall relaxation, improved mobility, and recovery support. Price: $65
Best for: Whole-body wellness and enhanced healing support.
PEMF Spot Treatment This session delivers targeted PEMF pulses to a specific area of concern, supporting circulation, cellular repair, and pain relief in localized areas such as joints, muscles, or injury sites. Price: $40
Best for: Acute discomfort or isolated tension patterns.
