Our Orthopedic Massage sessions are designed around how your body moves and what it needs to function better. We begin with a brief movement-based assessment to identify areas of tension, imbalance, or compensation. From there, targeted manual therapy techniques are used to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural healing response.
Rather than chasing symptoms, we focus on underlying contributors such as joint restriction, muscle strain, nerve irritation, scar tissue, or postural imbalance. Each session is fully personalized and grounded in orthopedic massage principles that work with your body’s structure.
When appropriate, supportive therapies such as scar release work, vagus nerve techniques, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, or cupping may be incorporated to enhance results.
You’ll also receive simple, customized movement or self-care guidance to help maintain progress between visits. This is intentional, responsive care focused on helping you move with greater ease and confidence.
We offer this service in 30, 45, 60, and 90 minute sessions.
Our Student Athlete Massage
This session is designed for student athletes to address pain, movement restrictions, and muscular imbalances that can impact performance. We begin by assessing how your body moves—looking at sport-specific patterns, posture, and areas of strain—then use targeted orthopedic massage techniques to treat the root causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms.
This work supports improved mobility, faster recovery, and injury prevention, helping your young athlete stay strong, balanced, and competition-ready.
This service is offered in 30 minute sessions.

Raindrop Technique® Bodywork
Raindrop Technique bodywork is a gentle, restorative session that combines light touch with the application of essential oils along the spine and feet. This approach is designed to promote relaxation, support nervous system balance, and encourage the body’s natural ability to reset and recover. Sessions focus on calming stress patterns, supporting circulation, and creating a sense of overall balance and ease.
This service can be booked for an 80 minute session.

Somatic Release (Craniosacral) therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on the nervous system and subtle movement patterns within the body. Using light touch, this session supports relaxation, regulation, and improved communication between the brain and body.
Care is slow, intentional, and responsive, helping to ease tension patterns that may contribute to headaches, stress, or nervous system imbalance.

Microcurrent & Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Treatment based techniques use specialized equipment in targeted areas for specific healing goals.
Scar Release Therapy
Scar Release Therapy focuses on improving tissue mobility and comfort following surgery or injury. Scar tissue can restrict movement and contribute to pain long after healing appears complete.
Using specialized manual techniques paired with our Dolphin STIM, we work to soften adhesions, restore mobility, and support healthier tissue function. Each session is adapted to the age, location, and sensitivity of the scar.
Scar Release therapy is an add-on service and the Scar Release Intake Form is required to be completed before your session begins. This therapy is offered in 30 minute sessions, and can be increased in 10 minute increments.
Vagus Nerve Recovery
Vagus nerve support sessions focus on calming and regulating the nervous system. Using gentle manual techniques, we help shift the body out of stress response and into a more balanced, restorative state.
This session supports relaxation, improved stress resilience, and nervous system recovery, and may be integrated with other therapeutic approaches as needed.
We offer this service as an add-on to Orthopedic, Craniosacral and Prenatal Massage session; available in 30 minute sessions.
Microcurrent Brain Healing & Visceral Balancing
Microcurrent therapy delivers gentle, low-level electrical stimulation designed to support cellular communication and nervous system regulation. By working at a subtle electrical level similar to the body’s natural signaling, microcurrent may assist with pain reduction, tissue repair, and functional balance.
Applications can support musculoskeletal concerns as well as neurological and visceral patterns. Comfortable and non-invasive, microcurrent is often used as part of a structured treatment plan to encourage gradual, sustainable improvement.
PEMF Spot Treatment & Complete Treatment
PEMF therapy uses targeted electromagnetic pulses to support circulation, cellular repair, and overall tissue recovery. By influencing the body at the cellular level, PEMF may help reduce inflammation, discomfort, plus improving mobility while also enhancing recovery following strain, overuse, or chronic tension.
Treatments can be applied to specific areas of concern or delivered systemically for whole-body support. This non-invasive therapy is often integrated into care plans to promote healing efficiency, nervous system balance, and long-term resilience.
